e-Cater  has successfully launched e-Cater2go at Kean University in January 2010.  e-Cater2go is a one-of-a-kind express ordering solution that allows orders to be placed online or by text message.  This is a perfect standalone or add-on solution to increase sales while decreasing long wait lines.  Accounts are created online and mobile phones are authenticated using text message validation.  Once an account is created, users can set up their FAVS list which will be used when submitting a text order.  e-Cater2go sets up a local mobile number to receive text orders and send confirmation that the order was received as well as when it is ready for pickup.

e-Cater2go online administration portal displays the days orders that have been placed and a convenient countdown timer when the order will be picked up.  Menu and prices can be easliy updated on the fly using the menu administration.  Reporting, forecasting, production is also included.
